What is the Health and Rescue Foundation?
The Health and Rescue Foundation of the PBGV Club of America is a 501(c)3 corporation. The Foundation has been formed to provide funding that will support the goals of the PBGVCA Health Committee and the PBGVCA Rescue Committee. Specific objectives of the Foundation are:
- To receive and administer funds for charitable, scientific or educational purposes through contributions from the general public.
- To promote, fund and perform research into the health, care and breeding of purebred Petits Bassets Griffons Vendeens.
- To promote the proper care of purebred Petits Bassets Griffons Vendeens through educational means and to fund the rescue of PBGVs when they are neglected or endangered.

The Foundation Board has taken major steps in developing an effective interface between the Health and Rescue Foundation and the PBGVCA. Procedures are in place, which provide direction for both fundraising and funds dispersal.
Tax exempt donations may be made to the PBGVCA Health and Rescue Foundation. If the contributor wishes to earmark their donation for specific use such as "research" or "rescue," please designate in donation cover letter. Click here for donation form: Send your donation to:
